Return Policy

At Mother Solution, we want to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following guidelines regarding returns:

Return Process and Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
    • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received.
    • The return request must be initiated within 12 days of the purchase date.
    • Customized or personalized products may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage.
  2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at return@mothersolution.in. Provide your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process.
  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or damage. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.
  4. Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 12 business days.

Please note that failure to meet the eligibility criteria outlined above may result in the rejection of your return request.
